Apricot ‘Bergeron’
Dessert. The classic French variety. Large, attractive yellow-orange fruits with a red blush. Aromatic and sweet in flavour, slightly juicy; delicious when they are eaten fresh. Famous for the French ‘Bergeron’ jam preserve. Beautiful pink blossom in the spring and fresh green leaves. Prefers to be planted in a sheltered but sunny location. Good frost resistance.
