Angelica pachycarpa

Portuguese Angelica. A clump-forming biennial or short-lived perennial with impressive, thick, glossy ternate leaves. Enormous sprays of yellow-green flowerheads appear in early summer.

Grow in deep, moist, fertile loamy soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 1m and a spread of 90cm.
