Clematis armandii

An evergreen, vigorous climbing shrub with long, leathery, dark green leaves that provide year-round interest. In early to mid-spring, it bears clusters of star-shaped, pure white flowers with prominent creamy stamens, which are lightly scented.

Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade with its roots kept cool. Ideal for covering walls, fences or pergolas. It will reach a height of 6–9m and a spread of 3–4m.
