Ilex x altaclerensis ‘Lawsoniana’

A vigorous evergreen tree with grey bark and large generally spineless green leaves which are splashed yellow in the centre. Bears red fruits in autumn. Female.

Grow in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in full sun to get the best colour out of the variegation. It will reach an ultimate height and spread of 6m.
