Ligustrum ovalifolium

Green Privet. A vigorous, upright, evergreen to semi-evergreen shrub which has rich green, oval leaves and bears white flowers in dense panicles in mid-summer, they are followed by spherical, black fruits.

Grow in any well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will form a hedge from 90cm-3.5m tall and once established will have an average annual growth of 30cm.
