Malva sylvestris

Common Mallow. A native wild, woody-based perennial (occasionally biennial) with broadly heart-shaped dark green leaves. Pale reddish-purple,  funnel-shaped flowers, marked with dark purple veins are borne from June to October.

Grow in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 60cm.
