Peucedanum verticillare

Hog Fennel. Giant Dill. A vigorous, open biennial or short-lived perennial which has  a bushy clump of blue-green basal leaves, pink-flushed when emerging in spring. From midsummer to early autumn, stout, erect, reddish-purple stems bear flattened umbels of yellow to yellow-green flowers.

Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.  It will reach a height of 2m and a spread of 1m.
