Salvia uliginosa ‘Ballon Azul’

A vigorous, clump-forming, moisture-loving, deciduous perennial which has oblong to lance-shaped, toothed, slightly sticky, dark green leaves. From late summer to mid-autumn terminal racemes of two-lipped, bright blue flowers are borne.

Grow in light, moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or light dappled shade. It will reach a height of 1m and spread of 50cm.
