St John’s Wort

Hypericum perforatum. A hardy herbaceous perennial with upright stems and small, oval, green leaves that are dotted with tiny translucent perforations. The bright yellow flowers, with prominent stamens, bloom in summer and are often used for herbal remedies. Ideal for growing in sunny borders or wildflower gardens. It will reach a height of 30-90cm.
