Strawberry Sticks

Chenopodium capitatum. An unusual and attractive edible annual producing bright red, strawberry-like fruits along its stems. The juicy fruits have a mild, slightly sweet flavour and can be eaten fresh, while the young leaves can be used like spinach.

Easy to grow in a sunny position and a real talking point in the herb or kitchen garden. Height 40cm.
