Verbascum phoeniceum ‘Violetta’

A rosette-forming short lived perennial which has short-stalked, ovate, slightly scalloped. wrinkled, conspicuously veined, dark green basal leaves. From June to July, slender racemes of saucer-shaped, dark purple flowers are borne.

Grow in alkaline, poor, well drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 1m and a spread of 45cm.
