It contains no peat.
It is based on a formula used by professional organic growers throughout the UK enabling the growing of a wide of range fruit and vegetables with its extra depth for more roots and easier management 45 litre volume. It contains balanced organic fertilisers and seaweed meal for excellent vigour and disease resistance. The tree spiral guards offer tree and hedge planting protection against browsing animals such as rabbit, hare, sheep and deer, and also chemicals. Rainbow tree spirals have the ability to grow with the trees as they mature, avoiding the risk of strangulation of the tree. Rainbow tree spirals are available with ventilation holes, which reduces the effect of mildew and leaf burn, but if using chemicals, the no holes option should be used. Rainbow tree spirals are available in a range of colours, enabling them to blend into the background.
