    Cape Tulbaghia. A clump-forming perennial which has slender, strap-shaped, garlic-scented, glossy green leaves. From May to September, small, star-shaped, violet-pink flowers are borne, arranged in umbel-like clusters atop slender, upright stems.

    Grow in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. It is drought-tolerant once established. It will reach a height of 30-50cm and a spread about 20-30cm.

    Grow in moderately fertile, free-draining soil in full sun. It will reach a height and spread of 45cm.
