Katsura Tree. A fast growing, spreading tree, with foliage like Cercis which turns yellow to smoky-pink in autumn and gives off a pleasant aroma of burnt sugar. Deciduous.

Grow in humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in sun or dappled shade. Shelter from dry cold winds. It will reach an ultimate height of 20m and a spread of 15m.
