Price range: £4.00 through £9.50Swamp Milkweed. A stout, densely branched perennial which has long, thin, willow-like leaves to 15cm long, densely placed around the stems in opposite pairs. In autumn the leaves turn gold. Clusters of vanilla scented, deep rose-purple blooms are borne from July to September which are loved by butterflies.
Grows best in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. A late riser in spring, it is hardy even during the worst of winters. It will reach a height of 1-1.2m.

£4.00Butterfly Weed. A tuberous, hairy perennial which has stout, unbranched stems bearing numerous spirally arranged, lance-shaped to oblong-ovate, light to mid-green leaves. From midsummer to early autumn, axcillary and terminal, umbel-like cymes of orange-red, sometimes orange or yellow flowers are borne.
Grow in fertile, well-drained, loamy soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 30cm.
