Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 2-2.5m and a spread of 60cm.

Alcea rosea single-flowered

Hollyhock.  Synonymn Alcea rosea ‘Simplex’. A vigorous, upright perennial which has rounded, roughly hairy, light green leaves. From May to October,  large, single flowers in a wide range of colours are borne.

Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 1.8m and a spread of 60cm.
