Camellia japonica ‘R. L. Wheeler’

A large, open, rounded, evergreen shrub with dark-green, glossy leaves. Large, red flowers are borne in spring.

Grow in acidic soil in a sheltered position away from cold winds and early morning sun. It will reach a height of 4m and a spread of 2.5m.
