Eryngium variifolium ‘Miss Marble’
Sea holly. A clump-forming, evergreen perennial with oblong to circular, toothed, mid- to dark green basal leaves which are marbled with silver veins. In July and August many grey-purple, round to egg-shaped flowerheads are borne with silvery bracts on stiffly, erect, branched stems.
Needs well-draining, poor to moderately fertile soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 45cm and a spread of 25cm.
