Glandora prostrata ‘Grace Ward’

Synonym Lithospermum diffusum ‘Grace Ward’. Purple Gromwell. A prostrate, mat-forming, evergreen shrub, which has small, hairy, elliptic to narrowly oblong, dark grey-green leaves. From late spring to summer, cymes of deep blue flowers are borne.

Grow in humus rich, acid soil in full sun. Mulch around the plant so the soil underneath remains cool and moist in a hot summer. It will reach a height of 15cm and a spread of 50cm.
