Mibuna

Very similar to Mizuna but the leaves have a milder mustard flavour & are strap like with rounded ends. Very quick & easy to grow. It’s young leaves are great for baby-leaf production & used raw in mixed salads or left to grow on for larger leaves that are good for adding to stir-fries in the last minute of cooking. Mibuna will bolt if the leaves are not regularly picked and needs to be well watered in dry periods. Plant 10cm apart for ‘cut & come again’ cropping or 25cm apart for larger plants.
