A compact, bulbous perennial which has strap-shaped, mid-green leaves. The flowers are borne from February to April and are small, bright yellow, and usually appear in pairs or trios on each stem. The flowers have a classic daffodil shape, with a short, flared trumpet and slightly reflexed petals, adding a cheerful splash of colour to early spring gardens. This daffodil is ideal for borders, naturalising in grassy areas, or planting in containers.
Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil that is moist during the growing season. It will reach a height of 15-20cm and a spread of 8-10cm.
