Papaver orientale ‘Beauty of Livermere’
A clump-forming perennial which has erect, white-bristly stems and pinnatisect mid-green leaves. In June and July, large cup-shaped, solitary, crimson-scarlet flowers with bluish-black basal spots are borne.
Grow in deep, fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 90-120cm and a spread of 90cm.
