£3.00First documented in Italy in the sixteenth century, this broccoli has a milder flavour, creamier & nutty, & less bitter, than conventional broccoli or cauliflower, yet resembles a cauliflower. It has striking pale lime-green heads with florets that form unusual turrets. For all its striking appearance it does taste very good. This is rich in vitamin C and vitamin K, keeping both its colour and texture best when steamed. Plant 60cm apart in rows 60cm apart. Height 45cm.
