An upright, deciduous tree with green- and white-striped bark, bearing ovate, shallowly-lobed, dark green leaves, bronze-flushed in spring and orange in autumn. Pendent racemes of pale yellow flowers are borne in spring which are followed by green, winged fruit ripening to reddish-brown in autumn. Deciduous.
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 14m and a spread of 5m.
