Description
Angelica gigas
A clump-forming biennial or short-lived perennial with toothed, tripartite, mid-green leaves, composed of diamond-shaped to ovate, lobed leaflets. In August and September, dome-shaped heads of plum-purple flowers appear on red-tinted stems.
Grow in deep, moist, fertile loamy soil full or partial shade. It will reach a height of 1-2m and a spread of 1.2m.
