A clump forming, free-flowering perennial, which has toothed, lance-shaped, mid-green leaves that are grey underneath. From June to August or September, lemon-yellow flowers are borne.

Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained, sandy or gravelly soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 45-70cm.
