Apple ‘Lord Lambourne’
A medium-sized apple which has an orange-red flush on the exposed side with broken red stripes over greenish yellow skin and is speckled with russet. The flesh is creamy-white and is crisp, moderately sweet, aromatic, with some flavour of strawberry. A reliable cropper. Its season of use is from late September to November. (Bedford 1907) Flowering Group 2.
