Apple ‘Michelin’

Bittersweet. A small to medium sized apple which has greenish yellow to yellow skin which is has a slight flush of pinky orange, which is smooth and slightly waxy, with slight russet from the stem basin to the cheek. The white flesh is sweet with some astringency. The fruit is ripe in October. (Normandy, France 1782) Flowering Group 5
