Apple ‘William Crump’
A medium to large apple which has greenish-yellow, becoming yellow skin, with a bright deep red flush and short, broken, fairly broad red stripes. The cream flesh, almost yellow, is firm, fairly fine-textured, juicy, and sweet, with a rich aromatic flavour. Pick in October. Its season of use is December to February.
