Description
Aquilegia vulgaris ‘William Guinness’
An upright perennial with unusual yellow-green marbled leaves. From late spring to mid-summer each stem bears 5-15 pendant to horizontal, dark blackcurrant-purple flowers with white margins with short, hooked spurs.
Grow in fertile, preferably moist, but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 90cm and a spread of 45cm.
