A refined, clump-forming perennial with deeply divided, mid-green foliage. From early to mid-summer, and often repeating into autumn, it produces elegant pincushion-like flowers in soft pink tones, surrounded by delicately veined, papery bracts. Long-flowering and highly attractive to pollinators, it also makes an excellent cut flower.
Grow in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil in partial shade or full sun where the soil does not dry out. Ideal for borders, cottage gardens and naturalistic planting. It will reach a height of 60-80cm and a spread of 45-60cm.
