A low-growing, spreading evergreen perennial forming a neat cushion of small, grey-green leaves. In mid to late spring, it produces masses of striking blue flowers, each delicately flushed with a soft blush-pink centre, creating a beautiful bicolour effect that lights up the front of borders and rockeries.
Grow in well-drained, preferably alkaline to neutral soil in full sun. Ideal for rock gardens, walls and edging, where it will gently trail and soften hard edges. It will reach a height of 10–15cm and a spread of 45–60cm.
