Berberis thunbergii ‘Helmond Pillar’

Barberry. A narrow upright shrub with dark purple-red leaves turning bright red in autumn. From March to April red-tinged pale yellow flowers are borne which are followed by glossy red fruit in May.

Grows in almost any well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 1.5m and a spread of 60cm.
