Himalayan Birch. A distinctive upright tree which is noted for its attractive bright white bark, dark green leaves, which turn yellow in autumn, and yellowy brown catkins in spring. Deciduous.
Grows in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or in dappled shade. It will reach a height of 7m and a spread of 4m in 10 years.
