An improved form of the wild Bluebells of Scotland, this perennial forms rosettes of toothed, round, green leaves. From June to August, taller upright stems bear graceful, nodding violet-purple flowers.

Grow in moist but well-drained, fertile, neutral to alkaline soil in sun or partial shade. It will reach a height and spread of 25cm.
