Clematis montana var. rubens ‘Elizabeth’

A large, vigorous, deciduous, perennial climber which has mid- to dark green leaves divided into three leaflets, bronze when young. From late spring to early summer, lightly fragrant, satiny, pale pink flowers are borne.

Grow in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil in sun, with the roots and base of the plant in shade. It will reach a height of 12m and a spread of 4m.
