Cornus alba ‘Kesselringii’

A vigorous, upright growing, deciduous shrub which has blackish-purple winter shoots. It has green leaves which turn red and purple in autumn. White flowers appear in late spring and early summer followed by white or tinged blue fruits.

Can be grown in a wide range of soil conditions and locations but to get the best colour out of the stems it is best grown in full sun. It will reach a height and spread of 3m.
