ynonym Crataegus arnoldiana. A deciduous small tree with a rounded, spreading habit. The leaves are deeply lobed, glossy green, and have a slightly serrated edge, turning to shades of yellow and orange in the autumn. In May, clusters of small, white, five-petaled flowers are borne, followed by small, red to orange-red fruits that persist into the winter.
Grows in all soil as long as it’s not waterlogged, in sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 5-6m and a spread of 4-5m.
