Echinacea purpurea ‘White Swan’
Purple Coneflower. Slowly expanding crowns which carry roughly hairy, toothed leaves to 15cm. The basal leaves are egg-shaped. From July to October rigid stems carry flowerheads which are up to 12cm across. The ray florets are reflexed and white with an orange-brown cone.
Grow in deep, humus-rich, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 70cm and a spread of 45cm.
