Description
Erigeron karvinskianus
A carpeting, rhizomatous, woody-based, vigorously spreading perennial which has branching stems and elliptic-lance-shaped, hairy, grey-green leaves. In summer, abundant yellow-centred flowerheads are borne either singly or in loose corymbs, opening white and fading through pink to purple.
Grow in fertile, well-drained soil that does not dry out in summer, in full sun with some midday shade. It will reach a height of 15-30cm and a spread of 1m.
