Description

Ilex aquifolium ‘Handsworth New Silver’

A dense, columnar, evergreen shrub which has dark purple stems. The leaves are mid-green with creamy margins. Produces bright red berries. Female.

Grow in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in full sun to get the best colour out of the variegation. It will reach an ultimate height of 8m and a spread of 5m.
