Big Blue Lilyturf. A clump-forming, evergreen perennial which has narrow, arching, dark-green leaves. In autumn spikes of small violet-purple flowers are borne which are followed by black berries.
Grow in light, moderately fertile, preferably acid, moist but well-drained soil in part or full shade. Drought tolerant once established. Shelter from cold, drying winds in frost-prone areas. It will reach a height of 30cm and a spread 20cm.
