Sacred Bamboo. An evergreen to semi-evergreen decorative bamboo-like shrub of dwarf and compact habit. This variety has bright red leaves. Bears pretty white flowers with large yellow anthers from July to August which are followed by bright red fruit in August.

Grow in a sheltered site in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 45cm and a spread of 60cm.
