A bulbous perennial which has strap-shaped, green leaves. The flowers are borne from March to April and are large, vibrant golden-yellow, with broad, slightly overlapping petals and a long, flared trumpet. The flowers have a classic daffodil shape, with a ruffled trumpet and a bold, cheerful appearance, making them one of the most popular daffodils for spring displays. This daffodil is ideal for borders, naturalising in grassy areas, or planting in containers.
Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil that is moist during the growing season. It will reach a height of 45cm and a spread of 10-15cm.
