A bulbous perennial which has strap-shaped, green leaves. The flowers are borne from March to April and are large and eye-catching, with bright yellow petals surrounding a deep orange-red trumpet. The blooms have a classic daffodil shape, with a slightly frilled, long central cup that contrasts beautifully with the outer petals. This daffodil is ideal for borders, naturalising in grassy areas, or planting in containers.
Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil that is moist during the growing season. It will reach a height of 45cm.
