A dwarf, bulbous perennial which has strap-shaped, mid-green leaves. The flowers are borne from April to May and are elegant and pure white, with slightly nodding, star-shaped flowers. Each stem bears two to three flowers, giving the plant a light, airy appearance. The flowers are fragrant, adding a delightful scent to spring gardens. This daffodil is ideal for rock gardens, borders, naturalising in grassy areas, or planting in containers.
Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil that is moist during the growing season. It will reach a height of 30-40cm and a spread of 10-15cm.
