Papaver (Oriental Group) ‘Patty’s Plum’
Oriental Poppy. A clump-forming perennial which has erect, white-bristly stems and pinnatisect grey-green leaves. In June and July, large cup-shaped, solitary, papery, reddish-purple flowers with black blotches at the base of each petal are borne.
Grow in deep, fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 80cm and spread of 1m.
