A reliable and easy-to-grow variety which is renowned as one of the sweetest red rhubarbs, it produces slender, tender stalks with an intense cherry-red colour throughout. Exceptionally juicy and high in natural sugars, the stems require no peeling and are perfect for desserts, preserves and fresh use.
Grow in fertile, moisture-retentive soil in full sun or partial shade. Low maintenance and trouble-free once established. Plant crowns 90–100cm apart.
