Astrantia major ‘Moulin Rouge’

Masterwort. A tough and robust clump-forming perennial which has coarsely toothed basal leaves. From June to August dark-red pincushion flowerheads are borne.

Grow in fertile, moisture retentive soil, in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 45cm and a spread of 30cm.
