Tufted Hair Grass. A dense, tussock-forming, evergreen grass which has rigid, linear, rough, mid- to dark green leaves. From June to August silvery, reddish-brown flower spikes which age to golden yellow are borne.
Grow in dry to damp, neutral to acid soil in sun or partial shade. It will reach a height of 1.5m and spread of 1m.
